Nicolas Raskin arrived from Standard Liege this week in a protracted deal which finally seen Rangers get their man. It cost just under one million euros plus potential add ons but Rangers got the deal done now instead of potentially losing out this summer. It’s a smart deal for a player they have watched for many years.
Our midfield has needed an upgrade, Glen Kamara the last paid transfer for that position, and fans have asked for an upgrade for several years so this is certainly an exciting move. The player would cost £10m in the open market so this has a lot of potential to be a great move.
The player can play in the six or eight position and is eager to break into the team quickly to showcase his talents.
