Half time musings –

Dreadful performance to by Rangers summed up by penalty miss on the stroke of HT. Sadly this group isn’t good enough and whilst the manager has to play some of them, in the long run this team needs major surgery. Lammers and Dessers sadly miles away and won’t make it at Rangers. But full backs not delivering good balls either.

Needs a massive lift in the second half as Rangers try to cut this gap.

60 mins – Raskin fires a shot into the side net after Clark fails to hold a shot. He’s down as a result, seems to have hurt himself as he shot and can’t continue. Raskin stretchered off.

Just not happening. Stadium is flat, performance just as flat. Hearts banked in and we have no ability to break them down.

Summary

What a win for Rangers on a day that we just did not play well at all. 88 mins at home one nil down and the stadium resigned to another defeat.

Then when all looked lost Rangers got a corner and swung it in. Goldson is pulled and VAR gives the penalty. Tavernier scores and suddenly the stadium us up. Then Rangers push and Tavernier swings in a cross and Danilo pulls away to head down and home!

What a moment for Rangers! In a game where they didn’t show up they responded at the death to win in dramatic fashion.
