Player Ratings

Allan McGregor – Quiet afternoon, nothing to do in first half. Poor at the goal conceded, almost seemed to stop. 6/10

James Tavernier – Fine. Gave the ball away a lot in a poor second half for the team, good penalty. 7/10

Connor Goldson – Early goal as knocks in at back post. Great block in first half & several good headers. Poor for the goal, but questionable if he was fouled. 7/10

Ben Davies – Quiet afternoon, nothing spectacular or unspectacular. Given stadium Man of the match. 7/10

Borna Barisic – Much like Ben Davies, quiet afternoon. Good in first but like team faded. 6/10

Ryan Jack – Booked for a straight legged challenge on Jones. Busy in first but fell out of it in second. 6/10

Nicolas Raskin – Fine first half but faded in second and have ball away repeatedly, subbed. 6/10

Todd Cantwell – Busy though out, arguably our best player in a poor second half. 8/10

Fashion Jnr – Scored but could have had first half hat trick, done fine overall. 7/10

Ryan Kent – Fine all the way, unlucky not to have an assist or two and certainly brightest point in second half. 7/10

Antonio Colak – assist for Sakala and lots of effort but not a lot in front of goal. 7/10

Subs –

John Lundstram, Alfredo Morelos – minutes for both but game over by then.

Scott Arfield, Ianis Hagi, John Souttar – Last 90 seconds or so for all three. Zero time to get a touch.
